Soul as Teacher

“None can teach you, none can make you spiritual.  There is no other teacher but your own soul.”  Swami Vivekananda.

I don’t know who this Swami is……and I don’t even know the definition of “soul”…….each one of us has a certain awareness of our higher qualities……..and to me, that seems to be our greatest teacher.  Others can point the way, emphasize certain points to consider……but ultimately, our own lives form the basis of our teachings.

How do our particular childhood environments, relationships, careers relate to our self-realization of who we truly are?   If our lives are a reflection of what goes on inside of us, then relationships with love and joy, honesty and integrity mirror our qualities to us.  If our relationships to events and people are resonating with energy that is clogged and blocked, then those are the signs that point us in the direction of what stands in our way of radiating our beautiful inner Selves.
